Challenges are there to master them, to learn from them and to growth on it.
I'm interested for social projects - interested in economics, finance and service management as on digital enterprise and of course Cyber Security.
I've over 13+ years of IT experience where five of them were in the technical area (Cisco Routing & Switching, Nokia Checkpoint Firewalling, Cisco Call Manager VoIP) and 8+ in the IT service management area with several focus topics.
Since 2017 I’m working as a SOC Security Operation Center Service Manager. I was deeply involved in the build-up of our SOC and especially our commercial MSS Managed Security Service offering. I could gain a lot of experience how a SOC is build-up, how run operations work and how continuous improvement can take place. Moreover I know from a MSS point of view how security services are designed and offered and where the challenges are (e.g. outsourcing the whole SOC or parts of it such as Tier1/ Level 1 or a hybrid run, etc.). Swiss bank regulations (FINMA) are as well in the cyber security filed familiar to me. I have a good understanding how different security tools can work together (SIEM, SOAR/ IRP, TIP). As well I do understand the importance of the triangle of people, processes and technology – as you need all of them for a proper and efficient operation.
Opportunities for social projects or help organisations beside my regular work are welcome
